Returns (In-Store & Online)
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be returned or exchanged at our boutique within 30 days.
Online Orders
To start a return for an online order, please contact us at:

Once approved, you may:
- Return the item in-store OR
- Ship the item back to us

👉 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
Exchanges
Exchanges are available in-store or by contacting us.
For online orders, the fastest option is to return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
